SHIPMENT POLICY

SHIPPING TIME

  • We make our shipments from our office in Istanbul depending on variable conditions
  • Your orders placed until 12:00 on weekdays are delivered to the cargo company on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00, on weekends or public holidays will be sent on the next business day.

  • Because of the high activity during our campaign periods, shipping times may fluctuate.

  • If your order includes personalized products, delivery to the shipping carrier may occur on the following day, depending on transaction volume. When your orders are delivered to the cargo company, you will receive our notification messages via sms and email.

  • Orders we receive on Saturdays and Sundays are shipped on Mondays.


ORDER TRACKING

After placing your order, all your processes such as your order confirmation and cargo tracking number information are sent to you both via e-mail and text message to your registered mobile phone. If you wish, you can follow all the processes related to your order from your member account section after logging in as a member.

You can follow all the processes of your cargo with your cargo tracking number sent to you via e-mail and text message from "Order Tracking" section on wwww.ladanwellness.com or through the "___Cargo/___Shipment Tracking" section.

STOCK STATUS

Products with an active "Buy" button are in stock or available for supply. In rare cases of stock problems, you will be notified by contacting you via your contact phone or e-mail. Please fill in your personal information completely so that we can contact you.

ORDER CANCELLATION PROCESS

Ladan Kimya reserves the right to cancel the sale in case of unavailability of the products that it does not keep in stock. If this situation occurs for some products in the basket, account information will be obtained from the customer and the difference will be refunded within 7 business days following the arrival of the information. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made to the credit card. Ladan Kimya cannot be held responsible for the delay that may arise from bank transactions. In general, refunds are reflected on credit cards within 3-10 days due to offsetting between banks.

If the product has not been given to the cargo company for shipment, the order cancellation is processed immediately and the refund process is started immediately. If the product has been delivered to the cargo, you will have to wait until the product is returned to our store.

CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

In order for your order to reach you as quickly as possible, please write your address information as clearly as possible. For security reasons, we do not make deliveries with notice from the cargo. Due to incorrect address information, additional shipping costs may be requested for the return and resending of the shipment.

FAULTY ORDERS AND DAMAGED CARGO

Open the package you receive from the cargo in the presence of the cargo officer and check your order. If you see any inaccuracies or deficiencies, please contact us immediately. Do not take delivery of faulty or problematic cargo or product. Within 2 hours after receiving your cargo, we will take the necessary action for the damaged products you have reported to us.
