Cancellation Conditions

Orders placed incorrectly/incompletely or abandoned orders can be canceled completely at the stage when they have not yet been shipped. After the order is shipped, the procedure is carried out within the framework of the Right of Withdrawal specified below. 

In cases where all or part of your order cannot be met by our company due to lack of stock and similar conditions, we inform you and refund your payment as soon as possible.

Return Conditions

1. Examination and Inspection Obligation

The buyer must check and receive the product subject to the agreement during cargo delivery. During this inspection, if the product is damaged and defective in the form of dents, broken, torn packaging, etc., a report will be made with the cargo company official and the product will be returned without delivery. These checks must be made by the Buyer, and the products received without such checks shall be deemed to be undamaged and intact.

2. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may use the right of withdrawal from the agreement by rejecting the goods within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product, without any legal and criminal liability and without having to present any justification, provided that the Seller is notified via the contact information below.

In order for the purchased products to be returned within the "Right of Withdrawal", the purchased product must be absolutely UNOPENED, in its ORIGINAL PACKAGE or box, the packaging inside and outside must not be damaged, unused, the labels affixed by our company on the box must not be torn, the vacuum or gelatin packaging must not be opened, all accessories and the product together with the INVOICE AND RETURN DOCUMENTS must be sent to us undamaged and complete within 7 days.  

The product sent upon your return request will be examined in detail by us and your return request for products that are damaged, have lost their resalability, and cannot be purchased by another customer will be rejected and reshipped to you, provided that shipping and similar costs rests with the BUYER.

Cargo and similar expenses arising from the use of the Right of Withdrawal belong to the BUYER. The shipping fee will be covered by the BUYER during shipment. 

The Right of Withdrawal/Refund cannot be used and Replacement cannot be requested for Discounted/Campaign products.

3. Some of the products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised are:

a) Contracts regarding goods and services, the prices of which change subject to fluctuations in financial markets and beyond the SELLER's control.

b) Contracts relating to goods prepared in line with the wishes or personal needs of the consumer.

c) Products that cannot be returned due to their nature, in contracts for the delivery of products whose packaging has been opened by the buyer and whose return is not suitable in terms of health and hygiene.

d) Contracts for goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery in cosmetics and personal care products.

e) Contracts relating to goods which are mixed with other products after the delivery, and which, by their nature, cannot be separated. It is determined by law that the right of withdrawal shall not be exercised in such circumstances.

4. Replacement Conditions;

You can have your product replaced within 7 days after you receive it.

In case of a product replacement request, as stated above within the scope of the Right of Withdrawal, the product must be absolutely unopened, in its original package or box, the packaging inside and outside must not be damaged, unused, the labels affixed by our company on the box must not be torn, the vacuum or gelatin packaging must not be opened. For replacement, all documents such as invoice, user manual, promotional brochure, etc. and all accessories must be sent to us undamaged and complete with the product. The products are checked and processed within 7 days after they are delivered to our company. Replacement is not accepted for products with impaired resalability.

In the replacement request, the product with which the ordered product is to be replaced is indicated by the product name and the product code on our website. In replacement requests, the shipping charges for sending the product to us and the delivery of the newly requested products to the Buyer belong to the Buyer.

Exchange/replacement cannot be requested for discounted / campaign products.  

5. Where should the products be returned?

The product to be returned/replaced must be sent together with the original box, packaging and invoice, user manual, promotional brochure via our contracted cargo to Ladan Kimya Sanayi Ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi at Akat Mah. Ebulula Mardin Cd. A14 No: 14 D.1 Beşiktaş/Istanbul. 

Products without an invoice cannot be returned. When you receive your cargo, please check whether there is an invoice inside.

Note: Some oils in the content of natural cosmetics may naturally solidify or liquefy due to seasonal temperature differences. Due to this situation, the products may naturally liquefy or solidify, freeze during the shipping process; the raw materials in its content may decompose and clump. This does not indicate that the product is a Defective Good, therefore it is not covered by the Defective Goods return. You can find out how you can make the product perfect again by consulting us. In addition, odor perception and preferences are subjective, and in distance selling, the seller can transfer product odors to the buyer to a certain extent. If the smell of the products does not meet the expectations or if the smell is not liked, it does not indicate that the product is a Defective Good, so it does not fall within the scope of Defective Goods return.
